Boffins is not new, it\u2019s the old kid on the block. It was time to give it a facelift and create a new look and food concept, fit to play a vital role in Canberra\u2019s restaurant scene! At Boffins we are passionate about local, seasonal and fresh products. We consider our environmental footprint by eliminating mileage on produce, limiting food waste in the production of the menu and supporting smaller farmers and producers over large scale enterprises and mass production. We have developed partnerships with local and regional producers from small farmers focusing on one to two individual products to growers that will only offer produce grown in the region and in season.
